Police can now name the man who died following a fatal crash on Waiteitei Road, Wellsford on 23 April.
He was Hamuera Tierney, 26, of Auckland.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
